Warranty and Return Policy

1. Warranty Conditions

-12 month warranty for motor and accessory (excluding casing) from the date of purchase.

-1 Redeem 1 within 30 days due to fault from the manufacturer.

2. Warranty Disclaimer

-In case the fall is no longer intact, deformed or signs sticky water or due to high temperature.

-Overvoltage is used to cause a fire, malfunction.

-Incorrect series of machines with warranty slip.

-With wear-and-tear components (E.G. Key buttons, hopper essential Oil, Ron oil shield, suction tube, membrane,...)

-Misuse of regulations in the recommendation from the airline.

3. Service Fee:

-Replace essential oils or replace genuine essential oil bottles.

-Repair or replace wear-resistant components over time.

-Expiration of the warranty period or malfunction caused by the user.

4. Recommended use of genuine machinery and essential oils
